David J. Mathena brings 27 years of security leadership to every client we work with.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management (American Military University)
  • Author of multiple books used by security professionals nationwide
  • Co-owner of Op Four Training Group, a Florida-licensed security academy
  • Member, Order of the Sword & Shield National Honor Society

David has trained, managed, and restructured security programs for private communities, resorts, and high-risk environments. He didn’t just work in the industry — he helps define how it should operate.
