2. Supervised Security Program

When your property requires daily oversight, layered accountability, or a team of multiple officers, we provide a dedicated on-site Site Supervisor — a leader trained to ensure consistency, professionalism, and results.

This program is recommended for properties that exceed 208 billable hours per week or that demand a heightened level of operational performance.

In addition to Officer-Based features, you receive:

A dedicated Site Supervisor embedded on property
Real-time oversight of officer conduct, appearance, and performance
Daily post inspections and report reviews
Coordination of staffing, scheduling, and site communications
Weekly feedback loop between your management team and DJM leadership

Your Supervisor becomes the bridge between your expectations and the performance delivered at every shift — removing guesswork, inefficiency, and managerial burden.

3. Fully Managed Security Program

Executive oversight. Total accountability.

This is our flagship program — a white-glove, turnkey security solution for large-scale properties, resort-style environments, or sites with complex politics, elevated liability, or demanding clientele.

In this model, you not only receive a hand-picked officer team and on-site Site Supervisor — you also gain access to a part-time or fractional Security Director from DJM. This is executive-level leadership embedded within your program, available for direct collaboration with your CAM, GM, or Board.

Includes all features of the prior programs, plus:

Executive-level Security Director assigned to your site
Oversight of policy development, emergency planning, and reporting systems
Monthly leadership briefings and trend analysis
Direct liaison with property management and board stakeholders
Risk mitigation audits and legal compliance guidance
